A Q for anyone who has done a senny dash conversion, or just had to remove their carlton one.. But in this case, the Q is for the Senny.
Can the dash board, after it has been unscrewed, just be pulled back slighty to revel the bulkhead, without having to remove it completely, or unplugging the loom or the switches?? are the loom wires long enough, or is there certain ones that i will have to unplug?? i know the centre console and surrounding trim round the gear lever and handbrake will need to be removed....

Being honest, if you've gone as far as removing the console, steering wheel and shrouds and unscrewing the dash at the sides and under the 'screen, then another 20 minutes unclipping the wiring connectors will see the dash right out giving you as much room as you need. I don't think there's any heater cables to worry about either, as most Senators have AC or CC.

the senny and carlton dash's are interchangeable, but you'll need the door cards too as these match up to the ends of the dash... heater vents etc..but make sure you get all the senny parts from behind the dash..

In that case, I'd take the time to get the dash out - an hour tops. Just so you can get to the bulkhead and cover any wiring - best be on the safe side for me.
