Well - cut teeth in motor trade back in the sixties - did ten years City & Guilds apprentice and all that.
Been in engineering and electronics manufacturing for around thirty years. Including 10 years in Proffesional Sound Recording.
Currently developing computerised business control systems in a Quality Development Management role.

That covers the 45 years I've been at work.

Inherited the love of cars from my motor trade stint back in the sixties, and from my experience with engine transplants - (MkII Cortinas - 1600OHV to 2.0OHC Pintos.

Owned several Vauxhalls over the years like Viva SL90's - Cavalier (several marks) and of course more recently 2 x Carltons.
