Respray prices.

I've been thinking of getting the LC resprayed in January. I've got a guy to quote who I've always used and his work is very good.So it's a full respray with all bits taken off, Two rear doors will be replaced with grot free ones. All body kit removed etc. So it's a good quality job with all the door shuts getting done etc. However I haven't got any prices from other places as I do trust this guys work but this means I have no prices to compare it to. I've been quoted at the absolute worst 3500. The guy is willing to let me help to get the price down by stripping the car at his shop etc. How does this compare to current prices? Remember this is no "blow over" job it's the full works. What do you lot think?

My ones paint was £3200 and that was just for the paint I did all the prep myself, but that was a full paint job with every part off the car and all the windows out.
So I would say that price is not to bad.

Sounds a good price to me, always say you get what you pay for
Besides if you know the guys and trust them you're best sticking with them

Cheers guys. Sounds I'm on the money then. Well I best make the most of the time I've got left to drive her as I see her being off the road come the new year for a few months. Probably take me a few weeks to get it in bits!!!
