All the dial lights on mine work. Appart from the ashtray , glovebox, and heater (im assuming the heater controls light up) Ive checked for power to the ashtray one and theres nothing?? All fuses seem ok... its the same with the glovebox... any ideas guys? Thought id ask this while its in bits as ive got the clocks out and cleaned the face to see if it helps the speedo stop jamming....

Could be something simple like blown bulbs, did you test them?

Doh just remembered, they only light up when you turn the ignition on, have you tested them with the ignition on?
Fuse 13 is the one for all the lights

my ciggy light and heater control lights have never worked since iv had mine, my glove box light works tho, so if they are part of the same fuse, its just bulbs for me! tho saying that, i remember changing the bulb in the ciggy lighter and the bulb just sizzled straight away, so something aint right there.... ha ha

Remove the black cover on the cig lighter to expose heater control screws, remove screws and pull the heater controls out from the bottom, bulb is on the right hand side at the top near the fan control switch, should have 2 wires coming out of it.

I tried that (as per the haynes manual) But the controls wont come out more than half an inch or so... I think one of the control rod/wires is preventing it....
