well with nil availabilty on 12v clutch cables , i decided to make one !
as it was only the inner cable that was snapped
i removed it from the outer cable
then i measured it 1.6m from end to end
found some 3mm stainless cable at work , with a plastic coating
made an adjuster from 6mm bolt, and welded another bolt head on reversed , drilled to take the cable
cable was then tig welded in place and shrink sleeved !

the plan was to feed the new cable up the outer cable into the pedal box area ,
the cable was left long to help this , easier to pull thru !
alought i marked it for the correct lenght
once in the footwell it was cut to the correct length and the pedal , retainer was fitted ,
hopefully the pics will explain more
i think if i did another i would increase the adjuster size from 7 mm to 8mm
because i decreased mine to 6mm , which is a bit skinny and needed a washer adding to help stop it pulling through the clucth arm !
hth some people out as its my first how 2
