I was hoping to avoid this They're only 16s... will be fitted with 205/55 Continental rubbers. (I'm on a budget here...) Will post pics friday or saturday, They should be here on wednesday, (and tyres on thursday) but I can fit and balance them no sooner than friday... edit: they won't be anthracite tho - just noticed the piccie in the first post is a bit dark... They're (get yer German dictionary out) "KristalSilber" alloys...

Nothing wrong with 16s mate - I had 16s on before I got the MV6 wheels and I was very happy. I was gonna stick with them but these came up dead cheap! (In fact you can see the 16s on mine in my avatar pic.) They'll look great mate, can't wait to see a pic.... PS - I thought you couldn't modify your wheels over there - I thought you said you had to stick to 15s?

aye - in case of an accident, or a road check, I'll be in trouble (with trouble being used loosely - it's not that dramatic but it's a long story - there is a certain risk) Hence I didn't go for 17 or 18s, as that would be too obvious (very ambitious cops here) (and there's the financial reason as well ) For our equivalent of the MOT, I'll have to change to my 15" steelies every year...

they look cool man, cant wait to see them on the car Dont worry about 'only' being 16's. They will look sweet and the car should still handle nicely

Great looking wheel! Does size matter that much? I think not! As long as they look good (which they do) then job's a good'un!

Why can't you have bigger than standard wheels over there then? I can't understand that one....
I mean, it's not like its not safe, it's gonna be blocking out a whole market for aftermarket wheel manufacturers
Maybe it's an insurance thing?
I mean what do people do if they want a modded car, they stick to the standard size wheel? Imagine a modded saxo (heaven forbid anyone modding one of those!) with 13" wheels? it'd look evensadder than the ones over here!

It's snowing here... Was hoping for some nice wheather so that I could wash the car, and take some piccies as I've put the rims on yesterday ... They do look very well in place (I think so anyway), too bad of the wheather... Will get some pics up asap.
One thing: when doing the alignment, I couldn't move the bolts that do the front camber. Probably never been touched since assembly, but I've put lowering springs on so the camber has changed a bit.
Anyone knows how to do this? been spraying it with oil, and used a 3 foot extension bar on the sockets, but I think I'll rather round off the heads instead of moving the bolts.
Any tips?

Warm bolts up with a blow lamp, then you should be able to crack the nuts off. Top slot should be slightly elongated thus allowing ajustment to camber.
