Had a look at the lens and it seems to be mastik and clipped on. Do I need to remove the bumper to take it off? Is it easier if I take the head light out?

Thanks

Just spring clips hold the lense on  Wink
but theres a couple at the bottom of the lense too ,so ya  best to unbolt the bumper and slide it forweard to get at the clips.(the wiper motor stops you removing the unit without moving bumper)
don't rub the silvering on the reflectors too much either,it comes off on some models .

Ok thanks.

I need to get rid of the condensation inside...May just pop the bulbs out and use a hair dryer to dry it off.

I had condensation inside the headlights on my previous Carlton, I stopped it recurring with a generous application of vaseline on each side of the foam gasket Wink

Incidentally, in my experience mucking about with ageing plastic fittings when it's very cold is a bad idea; a lot of the retaining bits just snap Sad

Snapping retaining bits it the part that scares me too. I will try the hairdryer thru the buld holes first!
