Sounds to me like he upset himself!

He can dish it out, but not take it, by all accounts............

Shame really, cos he's not a bad lad!

As I have said before - and I don't care if he reads this (cos I know he checks back from time to time)

He seems to do it alot. he likes to be the be-all and end-all and know-all (he even said he was a know-all in his profile) of everything carlton.

But he didn't realise that other people know stuff too and nobody gets it right all the time - I've made plenty of mistakes, and I'll admit to them, giving wrong advice here and there, and generally fucking up from time to time - but Sean wanted to be seen as ALWAYS right.

And he does read this and disagrees with me then fair play - after all, he wouldn't be changing a habit of disagreeding with me hey?

I think it was incredibly childish of him to delete all of his posts - there was some fantastic information he put up about loads of stuff, and now all the useful knowledge and information is gone altogether, and sometimes leaving some broken threads which look like people are talking to themselves.... Take that 24v tuning thread for example, where Sean and I discussed in great depth how to/whether it's worth it/whether it's possible to tune a 24v engine to beat an M3. That thread I'm sure will look extremely broken and meaningless now.

Anyway, Sean, if you read this (and I hope you do) you have seen my views and you probably knew already anyway - it doesn't mean I don't like you (I've never met you for a start) and it doesn't mean I don't respect you for who you are and what you know (and you do know a lot more than me, believe!) but you've upset a lot of people and it was extremely petty and childish of you. Not many people will forgive you for that.

I have to say that the forum has suffered a little for the absence of Sean and his very comprehensive threads.
Having met him I would say he's a really nice bloke, but I cant agree with the deletion of threads.
Just a shame the admin cant 'undelete' them.
JM2PW as Sean would say.
